Robby Greene, President
Robby Greene joined the staff of Lavon Drive in 1997 as a pastoral intern and soon became Children’s Pastor. Over the next seventeen years, he served in the children's and bus ministries, was promoted to the position of Assistant Pastor, and following the retirement of Dr. Gary Coleman as Senior Pastor in early 2014, Bro. Robby moved into the role of Interim Senior Pastor. In October 2014, Bro. Robby was elected by the congregation as Senior Pastor and was formally installed into that position on November 16, 2014. Prior to moving to Garland, Bro. Robby served as Children’s Pastor at Smyrna Baptist Church in Pensacola, Florida. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible from Pensacola Christian College.
At the age of fourteen, Rev. Greene was saved during a revival at his home church in Charlotte, North Carolina. He also surrendered and made public his call into the Gospel ministry at this same revival. Bro. Robby has an unquestionable passion for ministering to people. He began 3D Kids Children’s Ministry in 1998 to develop devoted disciples among children of all ages, races, and backgrounds, helping them to continually mature into adolescents and, ultimately, adults that are prepared to face all of life’s situations with the mind of Christ. His extensive knowledge and love for children’s ministry has made him a much sought after speaker for children’s ministry conferences as well as a coach and mentor for children’s pastors across America.
Bro. Robby and his wife Heather have been married since 1998. Heather teaches preschool Sunday School, serves on the children’s ministry administrative staff, and teaches third grade at Garland Christian Academy. The Greenes have two children, Matt and Julia, who both attend Garland Christian Academy. In his spare time, Bro. Robby enjoys landscaping, model railroading, riding his motorcycle, and dining out with his family.

Stephanie Fuchs, Elementary Principal
B.S. in High School English and BS in Bible from Calvary Bible College, Kansas City, Missouri
M.S. in Administration from Southwestern Assemblies of God University, Waxahachie, Texas
Stephanie Fuchs came to Lavon Drive in August of 2000. She and her husband Jeff were re-located to Dallas due to her husband’s job in Chicago. Over the next fifteen years, she served in the ladies' ministry, nursery, Awana, and taught first grade at Garland Christian Academy. After earning a master’s degree in education and since 2009, she now serves as the elementary principal. Prior to moving to Texas, Stephanie served in Hawaii and also in Chicago as a junior high language teacher and coach for volleyball and basketball at Christian schools. She also ministered at Buckingham North Christian School and Firewheel Christian Academy in junior high.
At the age of twelve, Mrs. Fuchs was saved during a thunderstorm at her family farm. After hearing the gospel several times in Sunday school and also at a Good News Club after school weekly, it was during a storm that she realized she needed Christ to save her. Her dad lead her to the Lord that night, and she was baptized the following Sunday. She attended a Christian school from third grade through her senior year. She began her ministry in the high school youth group as an officer all four years at East White Oak Bible Church in central Illinois. She went on to Calvary Bible College in Kansas City, Missouri, where she ministered to children all four years of college in Awana, Pioneer Girls, and Good News Clubs. Her first teaching job was in Hawaii, where she stayed for two years and then left for Chicago.
She met Jeff in her school’s church the first Sunday she was in Illinois. Stephanie and Jeff were married after she worked two years in that school. Jeff works for an insurance company in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. They have no children of their own, but love many little ones at school and church. In her spare time, Steph enjoys knitting, cross-stitch, refinishing antiques, and quilting. Most of all, she enjoys beaches, water activities, or going on cruises with Jeff and friends.
