After School Supervisory Program
The After School Supervisory Program is for the benefit of families whose student is not picked up from the school by 3:15 PM. Students picked up before 3:30 will not be charged. This program is a relaxed atmosphere; however, students may work on homework. Cell phones, ipods, and computers are permitted. Inside activities and games are provided. Most warm days the students are taken outside to play. A daily sign out sheet must be initialized to take a student from this program; this will help with security.
Adult supervision is provided from:
- 3:31-4:00 $5.00 no snack
- 4:01-5:00 $10.00 water and snack
- 5:01-6:00 $12.00 water and snack
- 6:01-6:05 $10.00 additional dollars
- 6:06-on $5.00 per minute
- Extra snacks make be purchased for $1.00
*Students will be on the playground or in the lunchroom.
*The ASSP fee should be paid by the 5th of the following month.
*In case of emergency if GCA cannot be reached, you may call LDBC at 972-272-7557 until 4:30 PM.
