Purpose

To support and encourage GCA student’s extracurricular activities --- with a primary emphasis on athletics --- through volunteering, fund raising and prayer

  • The Booster Club is a partner organization to the school
  • Volunteering our time gives our students --- our kids --- a richer experience through parent involvement
  • Raising funds outside of the regular budget helps keep the cost of tuition and the cost to participate in extracurricular activities down
  • Prayer connects our heart to God

Game Day Behavior
  • Remember that your actions reflect on GCA and your witness for Christ 
  • Rule of thumb: if you’d be embarrassed watching one of your family members do what you’re doing, then it’s probably not acceptable behavior
  • Acceptable behavior: yelling, screaming, words of encouragement to the team, loud clapping and general “woo-wooing”
  • Unacceptable behavior: negative yelling, screaming at the officials, players, coaches or fans
  • Goal: To be an example to our visitors, hosts and student body
