Cheerleading:
Cheerleaders are a vital force in promoting school pride and supporting the teams in the athletic department. The determination and discipline displayed by the cheer teams at Garland Christian serves as an inspiration to the student body. GCA cheerleaders are expected to meet rigorous standards spiritually, physically, and academically. Excellence is the overall goal as the GCA cheerleaders represent God and their school while having FUN!
The GCA cheerleaders have been busy cheering at football games, volleyball games and showing spirit during Homecoming Week. More recent practices have the cheerleaders concentrating on their competition routines and preparing for the basketball season.
