Annual or Semester Prepayment Discount
- The annual tuition, after first adjusting for other applicable discounts (i.e., less multiple child discount, etc), is entitled to a 4% discount if paid in full prior to the start of classes for school year.
- The semester tuition, after first adjusting for the proportionate share of other applicable discounts, is entitled to a 2% discount if paid in full prior to the applicable semester.
- The prepayment discount is available for students who enroll later in the school year, provided the prepayment is paid prior to the commencement of classes.
Multiple Child Discount
- Families with multiple children attending Garland Christian Academy full time are entitled to discounts that are established and published annually by the School Board.
- The multiple child discounts are prorated over the payment schedule duration of ten months.
Pastor and Full Time Staff Ministry Discount
- A 10% discount, after any applicable multiple child discounts, shall be applied to a full time pastoral staff member serving in a church of like faith as determined by the administration in consultation with the school President.
Applicable Fees
- Various fees including, but not limited to the application, registration, materials, matriculation, sports, fine arts, or graduation fees shall be applicable as established and published annually by the School Board.
Delinquent Tuition Payments
- Late tuition payments will be assessed a fee of $30.00 after the first month and $60.00 after the second month.
- The student will be asked to withdraw on the 60th day for non-payment and only when the account is paid in full will the student be allowed to resume attendance.
- No student will be allowed to enroll with a delinquent account from the previous year.
Tuition Refund
- GCA has financial and contractual arrangements with faculty, staff, vendors, etc., which are made before the beginning of each school year. GCA expects all enrolling families to commit financially for a full school year to assist it in meeting its commitments.
- If for any reason a student withdraws from attendance at GCA during the school year, whether voluntary or involuntarily, the balance of the tuition for the semester in which the student withdraws shall be due and payable in full.
- A student who withdraws and whose tuition was prepaid for the year will pay the remainder of the first semester tuition. A refund for second semester will be provided, if the student did not attend any of the second semester.
No official records, transcripts or diplomas will be issued to a student whose account remains delinquent.
