The high school at Garland Christian Academy endeavors to prepare students for college and adulthood. As students move toward independence of thought and action, they need a firm framework in which to exercise their newfound freedom as they journey toward intellectual, emotional, and spiritual maturity. Our hope is that, through discovery and examination, our students will arrive at a thorough, mature understanding of themselves and God’s creation, Word, and will. To conduct them along the path to such understanding, our upper school faculty provides specialized, expert instruction in English, mathematics, science, social studies, Bible, speech, foreign languages, physical education, health, technology, and Fine Arts.
