You an start the admissions process at GCA by downloading and printing off the Application for Enrollment form. Please bring this form filled out by the school office to begin the enrollment process. A nonrefundable fee of $125 must be submitted with each application (includes entrance testing).
Supply Academic Records
Applicants enrolling in first through ninth grade must provide the previous school year’s report card upon completing the application.
Applicants enrolling in tenth through twelfth grade must provide transcripts from the student’s previous educational institution.
Applicants must provide a copy of their birth certificate and current immunization records.
Applicants must have the pastoral reference form completed upon application.
Students applying for sixth through twelfth grades are required to complete the OLSAT (Otis-Lennon School Ability Test) which is designed to measure a student’s cognitive abilities as it relates to educational success.
Students applying for K5 through fifth grade are required to complete an entrance exam which evaluates the students language and mathematic ability.
Once the application and forms are collected all prospective students and their families will be interviewed by the admissions staff. This is an opportunity for the admissions staff to become better acquainted with the applicant and their family in addition to determining spiritual and educational compatibility.
While all parents of prospective students will be interviewed, students applying for sixth through twelfth grade will be subject to an individual interview.
